Demand Full Disclosure of Fracking Chemicals!
Call the Department of Interior: (202) 208-3100

Secretary of the Interior Ken Salazar has stated his department is "a month or so out" from announcing regulations requiring gas companies to disclose the chemicals used in fracking.

This is great news, but we need to make sure Salazar follows through.

Call the Department of the Interior and demand full disclosure of chemicals used in fracking:

(202) 208-3100

Sample script:

Hello, my name is ____{name}____ and I'm calling today to urge Secretary Salazar to force the oil and gas industry to fully disclose all chemicals used in hydraulic fracking.

I know the Department of Interior may soon unveil new fracking regulations, including the full disclosure of chemicals.

Scientists and researchers desperately need this information to accurately determine whether fracking poses a threat to our access to clean air and water.

On behalf of concerned Americans from all over the country, I urge Secretary Salazar to put put our health and well-being above the interests of the gas industry and to force drilling companies to fully disclose all chemicals used in fracking.

Thank you for your time.
