Tell Your Senators:
No Vote on Brennan Until the Memos are Released

The New York Times reports that the Obama administration is working on a deal to give Senate Republicans on the Intelligence Committee more information on the Benghazi embassy attack in exchange for the confirmation of CIA Director John Brennan, without having to release the targeted killings memos to the committee first as he promised.

This bargain will leave congress in the dark about the Presidents authority to kill anyone, anywhere at his discretion and further block efforts to make the memos fully public.

Call your senators and ask them to withhold their vote on John Brennan until President Obama releases the targeted killing memos:

We want to know what they said - record responses in the form on the left.

Sample script:

Hello, my name is ___{name}___ and I'm calling today to ask that my Senator, ___{Senator's name}___, withhold their vote to confirm John Brennan as CIA director unless President Obama releases the memos detailing his legal justification for the targeted killing program.

The unilateral authority to execute anyone, anywhere is the most radical power a President can have. Will Senator ___{Offical's name}___ stand firm and demand to see these memos before confirming John Brennan?

Thank you for your time.
